Contract Hire Sales Executive – Slough – £25K-£28K
Our client, based in Slough, within the automotive sector, is looking for Contract Hire Sales Executive to join their team.
The role requires a successful and experienced vehicle leasing Sales Executive with the appetite, strength and ability to maximise the order pipeline.
The role will require a candidate that is able to work in a ‘start up’ organisation and that recognises the potential to develop in role as the business pushes for vehicle volume and grows the resource needed to support growth aspirations.
- To help test and have input on the new IT system, collaborating with the project team to contribute a robust solution and maintaining a continuous improvement ethos
- Be part of the team setting up and implementing a new system that will enable the business to take a new lease company to market
- Manage all leads, make contact with customers and complete initial dialogue and fact find
- Have an effective ‘follow up’ and ‘follow through’ to conclusion process for all enquires
- Convert vehicle enquiries into contract hire orders to achieve company targets
- Liaise with dealers as appropriate
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with companies ‘Secure’, ‘keep’ and ‘nurture’ approach to customer growth and retention mantra
- Capture anonymised and relevant data during the sales process so that we effectively monitor our position with the leasing space
- Be able to manage any complaints making sure to be compliant, empathetic and effective in line with company complaints policy and procedures
- Discernible experience in a regulated and non-regulated Contract Hire environment
- A proven track record in the sales space preferably within the automotive sector
- Strong objection handling and cross sales skills to create ‘best outcomes’
- Ability to collaborate with and motivate colleagues in a ‘start-up’ and ‘managed for growth’ environment
- Be ambitious, enthusiastic and a motivated as well as a strong team member
- IT skills – Excel, Word and Quotation systems
- Fluent in English language (to effectively manage client interaction and sales)
